Thank you for choosing The Nail Insider for your beauty needs. We are committed to providing exceptional service to all our clients and scheduling enough time for each appointment is crucial to achieving this goal. Please take a moment to read our policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

 

PLEASE SILENCE MOBILE DEVICES DURING SERVICE-

We kindly ask all our guests to help us maintain a relaxing and enjoyable environment by using earphones when watching videos and limiting your talking on the phone.

NO CHILDREN OR COMPANIONS ALLOWED AT APPOINTMENTS  (unless receiving a service)

WE DO NOT PERFORM ACRYLIC SERVICES

(including "dip" powder)

NOR WILL WE REMOVE ANY EXISTING ACRYLICS

​Scheduling your reservation:

​

To book an appointment, please use our online booking system. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and require a valid card on file. If you need help with booking, you can text us at 424.262.3090 and provide your name and the service you have a question about. We'll be happy to assist you in making the appropriate selection."​

Cancellation/Late Arrivals Policy

​

We value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee your service. In such cases, you may receive a modified service for the price of the originally booked appointment or be asked to reschedule and charged a cancellation fee. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask you to provide a 24-hour notice of appointment cancellations. You can easily cancel your appointment through our online booking service 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

Cancellations less than the 24 hour notice time and/or “no shows” will result in a fee for the cost of the time booked. Payment will be automatically charged from the card on file. If the card cannot be charged, the ability to book will be blocked until payment is received. Future appointments will require prepayment. Repeated missed/no-show appointments will result in the inability to book future appointments.

 

Cancellation/rescheduling with more than 24 hour notice = 0% cancellation fee

Cancellation/rescheduling with LESS than 24 hour notice = 100% cancellation fee

 

Please note that cancellations can only be made through Schedulicity online, mobile app, or text.

Cancellations by email are not accepted.

No Shows

​

We kindly ask that you provide us with notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in canceling the appointment with a 100% cancellation fee. We reserve the right to refuse future appointments to clients with multiple no-shows, habitual cancellations or rescheduling, and repeated lateness. Please note that all reserved appointments will be removed without prior notice.

Downgrading Scheduled Service:

​

At our salon, we value the time of our nail artists. Therefore, if you decide to downgrade your service to a different one on the same day of your appointment, the full payment of the original service will be charged when you downgrade on the same day as your appointment.

 

To ensure that we provide you with the best service possible, please feel free to send us a picture(s) of your desired design prior to the appointment by texting 424.262.3090. This will allow us to advise you on a service that best your needs. If you to change your service, please inform us at least one day prior to your appointment.

Complimentary Nail Fix Appointment:

​

We want you to love your nails. That's why offer a complimentary nail fix within the first week after your previous appointment. If your gel polish starts chipping or lifting within a week, simply contact us to schedule a nail fix appointment. Please note that our complimentary fix service does not cover nail repairs for broken nails or superficial damage such as scratches. Repairs must be the same color and design as the original. We're here to help you look feel your best!

Payment:

​

We accept debit/credit cards, Venmo, CashApp and cash for payments.

We do not issue refunds on salon services of gift certificates.

For client safety and to comply with State Board legislation, nail services are performed with disinfected and sterilized equipment, completely submerged in medical-grade Barbacide™ and then placed in a sterilizer. All files & buffers are disposed of or given to the client upon the end of service.
