SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

How quickly do you ship?

We appreciate your patronage. Our standard processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Please be advised that we do not ship on weekends or postal holidays. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We are unable to offer expedited shipping at this time. All our products will ship out of San Pedro, California with USPS Ground and can typically take anywhere from 4-10 business days.

 

Do you ship outside the USA?

Currently, we only ship our products within the United States. This does include Alaska and Hawaii! *Please note that due to the distance, Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for Free Shipping discounts at this time.

 

This is a gift, can I include a note?

We do not offer gift note options at this time.

 

Can I update my order once it’s been placed?

We cannot update your order once you have placed it. We do not keep your credit card information on file for orders, so we are unable to edit the products you have purchased. If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at info@thenailtailor.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number in the subject line.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If you have entered the wrong address, please contact us within one hour of placing the order, so that we have time to correct the error before it ships out. Please make sure the information entered is correct to avoid any delays

 

What should I do if I received the wrong product?

If your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately. You can email hello@thenailtailor.com, and include your order number in the subject line. We will work with you to make it right.

 

What if my order is damaged?

The Nail Insider is not responsible for damaged packages once it has been handed off to USPS. Please contact USPS to file your claim.

 

What do I do if my order appears to be lost?

Please contact USPS to reschedule a delivery, inquire about a lost package, file a damage claim or change the shipping address, etc. The Nail Insider cannot refund or replace lost items.

ALL NAIL INSIDER products, services and gift cards are non-returnable and final. No exceptions.

*PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE CORRECT PRODUCT OR SERVICE BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. WE WILL NOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND ANY SPA PRODUCTS.

We only replace items if they are defective within 7 days of shipment. To do a return, send us an email at hello@thenailtailor.com and send your item to: 28364 S. Western Ave, #462, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275. You are responsible for the shipping costs for the return. Once your defective item is returned, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
